3rd Six Weeks Extra Credit - CP Classes
"Excalibur" is based loosely on Arthurian legend, but some say that the story is based on an actual person who lived during that time period. Based on the movie "Excalibur" and the information you have learned from this unit, do you believe it is simply a legend or based on fact? Explain and be sure to provide specific examples.

3rd Six Weeks Extra Credit - AP Classes
On the brink of suicide, Victor Frankenstein wanders into the valley of Chamounix in Chapter 9. The beauty of the scenery cheers him, and his melancholy passes. Explore the relationships between the charaters of the novel and nature. Are the characters' links to nature genuine, or are they ironic? Explain in a paragraph or two and be sure to provide specific examples.

NO MORE EXTRA CREDIT?
Well sadly no one chose to take this last extra credit opportunity! This will make me rethink doing extra credit all together! Extra credit is a privilege not a right, keep that in mind for the rest of the year.
Sincerely,
Miss Reyes

The Verdict is.....
6 votes for New Moon and 8 votes for The Road....so AP classes will go see The Road if I get approval and my CP classes will go see New Moon. Any questions?

This is for my AP classes....vote!
Okay guys here is the situation. We had planned to take all English 4 AP classes to go see The Road in October, however, the AP/DC classes were denied. This leaves my AP classes only, so here is where your vote comes in. Each person from my class gets one vote we can either go watch The Road in October or we can go with my CP classes to go watch New Moon in November.
I will stop taking votes on Friday, October 2, 2009 at midnight.
